A Taste of Tu B'Shvat: Celebrating the Produce of Israel
"One of the best ways to celebrate Tu B'Shvat is by savoring the produce
of Israel. Besides holding your own Tu B'Shvat seder, or sampling a tray of
mixed treats, there are many ways to incorporate the traditional (and not
so traditional) fruits and nuts into your holiday menu."
Archivist's Note: The use of pomegranates also makes this suitable for
Rosh Hashanah.
Chicken Rimonim

1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp caraway seeds (optional)
2 cups chicken soup
1. Soak chicken pieces in the pomegranate juice for half
an hour.
