Broiling Control

While teaching a cooking class. I was amazed at the number of people who did
not know that the broiler on a electric oven is adjustable. Just turn the
dial to broil and then back to the temp you require. The bottom element
while not heat.

This is in North America. I don't if it applies to Eastern Hemisphere or
Latin America.
