I found this somewhere:

ZHOUG (ISRAELI-YEMENITE HOT SAUCE)
          8 cloves garlic, chopped
8 green chile, jalapeno or to taste, chopped
          3 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
10 tbsp parsley, flat-leaf, fresh, chopped
          10 tbsp cilantro, fresh, chopped
          1 1/4 tbsp cumin, ground
2 1/2 tbsp olive oil, extra virgin
2 1/2 tbsp lime or lemon juice, freshly squeezed
          salt
          black pepper, freshly ground

Blend the garlic and chile in a blender. Add the rest, except the oil
and lime juice, blend. Slowly pour in the mixed oil and lime juice,
mixing by hand until it has turned into a smooth thick paste.

Chill for at least an hour before serving.
