KC: Beet & Raspberry Soup, Chilled - pareve

          2 cups          pickled beets, sliced           500 ml
          1 1/2 cups      frozen raspberries              375 ml
          1 cup           potato, cooked                  250 ml
          2 cups          water                           500 ml
          2 tsp           pepper                           10 ml
          1 tsp           orange zest                       5 ml
          1 tsp           salt                              5 ml

     Procedure

     Puree all ingredients together in food processor or blender. Chill
     and serve.

     Serving Information

        o Servings: 6
        o Fat: Trace
        o Calories: 94
        o Fibre: 4.6 g
