Blintz Souffle' #5 - dairy

This one comes from the cookbook of the Nashville chapter of the National
Council of Jewish Women. Double or triple it as you need.

Blintzes Souffle
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
6 frozen blintzes
1/2 stick (2 oz) butter
3 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup sour cream
1/4 teaspoon salt

Melt butter in 9" square pan.  Coat blintzes in butter while putting them in
pan.  Mix rest of ingredients.  Pour into pan.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.
