Blintz Souffle' #1 - dairy

2 packages frozen blintzes - 12

Place in large pyrex pan.

Mix together:
1 large carton sour cream
4 eggs
sugar to taste
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour over blintzes and bake at 350 degrees until done.
