Tomato-Potato Salad - pareve

1 pound new potatoes - cut into 1 inch pieces
1 pound ripe tomatoes - (2 Large) cut into
   chunks, including juice
1/4 cup fresh minced basil
1 tablespoon olive oil
pinch sea salt
freshly ground  pepper

Cook the potatoes in boiling water until tender.  Drain, pat dry, and place
in a large bowl.  Add the remaining ingredients and toss  well to combi ne.
Serve warm or very slightly chilled.    (serves 4)
