Spicy Tomato Salad #4: Salade Turkiye - pareve

Here is the recipe for all to try, it can be used as a dressing, salad or a filling in pita bread.

1 6-0z can tomato paste.  
1 tablespoon of hot sauce (zhug) (yellow peppers, peeled garlic head, 2 teaspoons of salt,
   3 teaspoons of ground black pepper, 3 teaspoons ground cumin)
1/4 teaspoon ground fenugreek
1 cup of chopped fresh parsley
1 medium tomato, finely chopped
1/4 cup, approx., of cold water

Place tomato paste in a medium bowl. 
Stir in hot sauce, fenugreek, parsley and tomato. Mix well.
Thin with water to a smooth paste. 
Refrigerate to chill.
Makes 1-1/2 cups.
