Prince Salad - pareve

This recipe is my adaptation of one by cookbook author Benny 
Saida. His recipes are usually simple and are always very 
good. 

PRINCE SALAD

Source:  From my mother with love & more              
         Benny Saida

Ingredients:

4 Big tomatoes , Firm.
3 small cucumbers
1 Green bell pepper
6 - 7 Artichoke hearts, from a can
1 Can Asparagus (200 grams)
1 Can Palms hearts (200 grams)
2 Ripe Avocados, Medium size
Lettuce
1/2 Cup Walnuts, lightly fried, for topping

Cut all the vegetable into small pieces. Put in the serving 
bowl. Cover with plastic wrap, and keep in the refrigerator 
until serving time. 

The Dressing:
1/4 Cup Oil
4 -5 Tabls Vinegar
2 Garlic cloves, Crushed fine
1 Teasp Mustard
Pinch of sugar 
Salt and freshly ground pepper 

Put the dressing ingredients in a shaker. Shake well. Cover 
it well, and keep in refrigerator for later use.

Before serving, shake dressing again, and pour over the 
salad. Finally, scatter the walnuts on top.
