KC: Thai Green Papaya Salad: Som Tam - pareve

2 c green papaya, peeled and coarsely grated
6 cherry or 2 plum tomatoes, coarsely chopped
3/4 c green beans, very thinly sliced diagonally
juice of 1 lime
5-6 squirts fish sauce
1 tblsp palm sugar or brown sugar
2 or more fresh chilis, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/4 c unsalted roasted peanuts, coarsely chopped
In a large bowl combine lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar, stirring until
dissolved. Add chili and garlic and mix. Add veges and stir.
