KC: Bean Salad - pareve

1 can green beans,yellow beans,kidney beans,garbanzo beans
1 large purple onion,sliced in rings
1 green pepper,diced
1/3c vinegar
1/2c oil
2/3c sugar
salt and pepper to taste
mix beans together. place onions and green pepper on top of beans. Mix
vinegar,oil,sugar,salt and pepper;pour over beans.Let stand overnight in
ref.
great for hot days.
(you can also change the bean selection to: french style green
beans,peas and pinto beans)
