Hummus #7, easy - pareve

Posted by : TooBizzy42

I have the easiest no brainer recipe for hummus and it is good every single
blessed time.

Hummus

1 15 oz can of chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1/4 c. each water and lemon juice
3 or 4 Tablespoons tahina
1 clove garlic

Place all ingredients into a food processor and process until smooth.

I don't salt or olive oil because the flavors carry themselves.

I sometimes add finely chopped red pepper or finely chopped veggies for
variety.

For best results, let the hummus chill for several hours for the flavors to
marry.
