Side: Sweet Potatoes with Apples #2 - pareve

   Serving Size : 4

    2     Med/large   sweet potatoes -- cooked
    2                 firm, tart apples
                      juice of 3 oranges
    2      Tbsp       lime juice
    2      Tbsp       margarine
    3      Tbsp       brown sugar
    1/2    tsp        ground cinnamon
                      additional margarine for coating pan

 Peel and slice sweet potatoes; peel, core and slice apples.

 Grease shallow baking dish with margarine. Put layer of sweet 
 potatoes, then cover with a  layer of apples; repeat until 
 all slices are used.

 Pour orange and lime juice over all, lifting up sliced to make 
 certain liquid comes in contact with all layers. Dot with 
 margarine and sprinkle on  brown sugar and cinnamon.

 Cook uncovered at 350 until apples are tender and top is brown, about
 half an hour.
