Cookies, Honey, Chocolate Dipped - dairy, pareve

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
1/3 cup butter/margarine, melted
1 cup honey
4 cups flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp.  salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 - 8 oz. pkg. semisweet chocolate, melted

Beat eggs until light.  Blend in sugar.  Add butter and honey
and blend well.Add flour, soda, salt and cinnamon  and mix well.  
Drop by teaspoonfuls on greased baking sheets.  Bake at 350* 
- 15 minutes or until brown around the edges.  Let cool and
dip half of cookie in melted chocolate-- place on waxed paper
and refrigerate.
