Hamentaschen, Orange Spiced - pareve

This recipe is very popular in our family and makes about 4 dozen
hamentashen.

Dough
1 orange, washed and quartered
2 eggs
1/2 cup oil
3/4 cup sugar
2 3/4 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Puree orange, peel and all in a food processor. Add eggs, sugar and oil
and mix 10 seconds. Add flour and baking powder and pulse till mixed.
Dough will be very sticky.

Filling

Any combination and proportion of pureed dates, prunes, raisins,
apricots, dried apple and a whole orange.

Assemble hamentashen and bake at 350 F for 20-25 minutes until golden.
