KC: Pineapple Chicken - meat

3 - 3 1/2 lb. chicken pieces
salt, pepper, paprika
10 oz can consomme
19 oz can pineapple chunks, drained
1/2 c. diced green pepper
1/2 c. diced red pepper
1 c. sliced mushrooms
3 tbsp. soya sauce
Place chicken, skin side down on pan. Sprinkle with salt, pepper and
lots of paprika. Add consomme.
Cover and bake for 1 hr. at 350 degrees. Turn skin side up. Add
pineapple, peppers, mushrooms, and soya sauce. Continue baking, covered
until chicken is fork tender. Uncover and bake until brown.
