* large chicken cut into pieces
* 5 oz apricot jam (or other favorite jam)
* 1/2 envelope onion soup mix
* 1 tsp lemon juice
* 1/3 c Italian dressing (or to taste)
Mix all the ingredients and marinate chicken overnight.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 F.
