Veg: Roasted Asparagus - pareve

Simple Roasted Asparagus (Pareve) 
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Roasting Time: 15 minutes, more or less depending on thickness of asparagus spears

1 pound of asparagus spears, trimmed as necessary
olive oil spray (I use a natural pump sprayer and my own olive oil)
kosher salt

Wash and thoroughly dry the asparagus. Place in a single layer on a foil lined cookie sheet 
and spray the asparagus lightly with the oil. Sprinkle with kosher salt and roast at 375 degrees, 
until the asparagus begins to brown.
