Baby Greens Salad With Sherry Wine Vinaigrette (Pareve)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
2 cups (loosely packed) of mixed baby greens per person.
Include: baby romaine lettuces, baby red and green lettuces and baby
spinach leaves. Add some Frisee and Arugula for color and texture.
Sherry Wine Vinaigrette (Pareve)
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tbsp. sherry
1 tbsp. lemon juice
pinch sugar
pinch salt
pinch freshly cracked black pepper
If the dressing is too strong, add several teaspoons of cold water to cut it.
Mix all the ingredients well. Dress the baby greens just before serving.
