Side: Vegetable Farfel - pareve

Prep: 10 min, Cook: 15 min.
* 1/4 cup Passover margarine
* 3 large onions, minced
* 5-1/4 cups matzo farfel
* 1/2 green bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
* 1/2 red bell pepper, seeded and finely chopped
* 1 tsp. paprika
* 3/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
* 1 Tbs. pareve chicken or vegetarian soup mix, or 3
seasoning packets
* 3-3/4 cups boiling water
Melt margarine in a heavy skillet over medium high heat.
Sauté onions until tender. Add matzo farfel and stir until
lightly browned. Combine remaining ingredients and salt and
pepper to taste in a bowl. Slowly add to skillet and simmer
over low heat until water is absorbed. This recipe serves 12.
