Haroset, Israeli #2 - pareve

(about 2 1/2 cups)

2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and grated
2 medium bananas, mashed
14 pitted (10 ounces) dates, chopped
1/3 cup (2 ounces) blanched almonds, ground
1/4 cup matza meal
juice and rind of 1/2 lemon
juice and rind of 1/2 orange
1 teaspoon cinnamon
granulated sugar
1/4 cup sweet red wine 

Combine all ingredients, adding enough wine to make a paste.
