Side: Spinach-Cheese Pie - dairy

1 package frozen, chopped spinach, thawed (400 grams/14.3 oz.)
240 grams/8-1/2 oz. yellow cheese, shredded
1/4 cup matza meal
1 cup milk
3 eggs, beaten
1/2 teaspoon pareve chicken-flavored soup mix
dash each of pepper and nutmeg
Toss shredded cheese with matza meal.
Combine milk, eggs, soup mix, pepper and nutmeg.
Add cheese and well-drained spinach. Mix well.
(Sliced, fresh mushrooms may be added before baking.
Pour into shallow greased baking dish and bake about one
hour or till golden brown on top.
Serve immediately.
