Kugel: Matzah & Cheese - dairy

Serves 6-8
1 cup cottage cheese
6 matzahs
pinch nutmeg
2 Tbs. butter
5 eggs
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. sugar
Combine cheese and 3 eggs, mixing well. Dip whole matzahs in remaining 2
lightly beaten eggs. Place layer of matzahs in buttered baking dish. Cover
with a layer of cheese mixture and sprinkle with mixture of nutmeg, cinnamon
and sugar. Alternate layers of matzahs and cheese until all is used up. Bake
in 350-degree oven for 30 minutes.
