Snacks: Bagelach - pareve

From "A Taste of Passover," a cookbook of recipes from 
readers published by the Jerusalem Post.

Ingredients:

2/3 cup water
1/3 cup oil
1/3 cup sugar
pinch of salt
1 cup matza meal
3 eggs

Method:

Boil water, oil, sugar and salt.
Remove from flame and stir in matza meal.
Add eggs, one by one.
Wet hands and shape into balls. Flatten and make hole in 
centers.
Place on non-greased cookie sheet and bake in medium oven 
for 20 to 30 minutes.
