Bread-like Passover Rolls

This recipe comes from a poster-sized sheet of recipes printed by Manischevitz
many years ago. Besides making reasonably good mock "rolls", it's fun for
kids to make (very sticky!).

yield - 12 rolls

2 cups matzo meal
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp sugar
1 cup water
1/2 cup peanut oil (or any KLP oil)
4 eggs

 1. Combine matzo meal with salt and sugar.

 2. In a medium saucepan, bring oil and watter to a boil.

 3. Remove the saucwepan from the heat and add the matzo meal, stirring well.

 4. Beat in the eggs thoroughly, one at a tiome (tyhis is where it starts
to get sticky). Let the mixture stand for about 15 minutes (can be
    refrigerated).

 5. With well oiled hands, shape it into rolls and place on a well greased
cookie sheet (you will haave tro keep oiling your hands).

 6. Bake in a preheated oven at 375 F for 50 minutes or until golden brown
