Cookies: Passover Toffee Squares - pareve

Passover Toffee Squares

1 Cup Butter or Parve Margarine
1 Cup Matzah Cake Meal
1 Egg
8 oz Chocolate or Chocolate Chips (pareve if desired), melted
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 Cup Walnuts, finely chopped
1 Cup Sugar

Cream butter (or margarine), sugar, vanilla until light and 
fluffy. Mix in egg, beating well. Add cake meal gradually. 
Blend well. (dough will be stiff)

Lightly grease a large baking pan (9 x 13 or 10 x 15) Spread 
dough out evenly. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. 
Take out of oven. Spread melted chocolate over top and 
sprinkle with nuts. Press nuts lightly into chocolate. Cut 
into squares before completly cool.

** You can use almonds instead of walnuts if desired.
**I always double this one!
