Famous Passover Brownies

4 eggs, slightly beaten
2 Cups sugar
1/2 Cup cocoa powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 Cup vegetable oil
1 Cup matzah cake meal
1 Cup chocolate chips
Beat eggs, sugar, cocoa and salt. Add oil and blend well.
Stir in cake meal and chocolate chips. Bake in a greased
13x9 pan at 325 degrees for about 30 minutes. The top will
be shiny and the edges will be dry. Let cool on a rack.
Sprinkle with KLP powdered sugar when cool.
