Cookies: Brownies - pareve

4 eggs, well beaten 
2 cups granulated sugar 
1/2 cup cocoa powder 
1 cup vegetable oil 
1/2 teaspoon salt 
1 cup matzo cake meal, sifted 
1 cup chopped pecans 
2 cups semisweet chocolate morsels 

Beat eggs with sugar, cocoa, oil and salt. Gradually add the matzo cake
meal. Stir in pecans and chocolate morsels. Pour batter into a greased
9-by-13-inch baking pan. 

Bake in a preheated 325-degree oven 20 to 25 minutes, or until done. 

Yield: About 30 brownies. 

Note: Recipe can be halved and baked in a 9-by-9-inch pan.
