4 cups water
1 cup cornmeal
1 tbs oil
salt
Bring water to boil with the salt and oil.
Add the cornmeal all at once stirring vigorously, not to form lumps.
Simmer 40 minutes, stirring often.
Tranfer to a mold and let cool.
Unmold
Serve with melted butter and homemade cheese or farmer's cheese

You may also serve it with any kind of stew
