KC: Garlic-Broccoli Pasta - dairy

1 large onion, chopped
2 or 3 cloves garlic, minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
handful of pine-nuts
large head of broccoli, cut into florets
parmesan cheese
enough whole-wheat spaghetti for two
pepper, to taste.
Directions:
In frying pan, saute onion, garlic, and pine nuts in olive oil
until nuts are lightly browned. Boil spaghetti. Put broccoli into
pan with pine-nut mixture, and cook until color intensifies. Toss
with cooked pasta and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
Serves: 2
