Tofu Mousse - pareve

1 package (12-16 oz) soft silken tofu
12 0z semi-sweet chocolate (parev bits do well here)
1-2 tsp vanilla (optional)

Method:

Whip the tofu until asoft and liquidy in a food processor.  
Melt the chocolate and mix it quickly into the tofu.  Add 
the vanilla if using, at this point.  
Chill and serve- remarkably rich tasting, and no raw eggs.
Try it out on the family first and they will love you for 
it.
