I never buy Meshuggah Nuts. The name is too cute and cute names have
a tendency to scare me away. I got this recipe from my sister. She
calls it Swedish Nuts. I see no reason why you couldn't add cinammon
if you want.

4 cups of toasted nuts: any combination of blanched almonds, walnut
   halves, pecan halves, and/or cashews
2 egg whites
l cup sugar
Dash of salt
1/2 cup sweet butter

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Using an electric mixer, beat egg whites
until frothy. Beat in sugar and salt until smooth and glassy. Fold
nuts into egg whites. Melt butter in large baking pan. Spread nut
mixture over pan. Bake 25 minutes, stirring half way through and at
the end, until no butter remains in the pan and nuts are evenly coated
and browned. Cool.
