KC: Peach Melba - dairy

1 cup (250 ml) raspberries
1/4 cup sugar

Crush berries Add sugar and cook over low heat, stirring constantly until
the consistency of heavy syrup. Will thicken more on cooling

yields 1/2 cup

Split fresh ripe or over ripe peach, scoop of ice cream , 2 tbls melba sauce
Finis.

A teaspoon of Framboise dessert wine can be added
My favourite is Southbrook Farm of Richmond Hill Ontario.
