I'm not sure if this is the one you want.  It comes direct from a
Turkish Cookbook.

               Turkish Salad(Tomato, onion and cuke salad)

  Amount  Measure       Ingredient -- Preparation Method
--------  ------------  --------------------------------
   3      large         ripe tomatoes -- 1 inch thick
   1      large         onion -- sliced fine
   1      large         cucumber -- cut lengthwise
   2      tsp           salt
                        Lemon Dressing
     1/4  cup           olive oil
   5      TBS           lemon juice
     1/2  cup           parsley -- chopped
                        OR Vinegar Dressing
     1/2  cup           olive oil
     1/2  cup           vinegar
     1/2  cup           parsley
                        salt/pepper to taste

wash, skin and seed tomatoes cut in cubes.  Seed cuke and cut in
matching cubes.  Slice onion thinly , sprinkle with salt, rub it in,
rinse and squeeze dry.  

Use with EITHER the lemon juice or vinegar dressing
