Cranberry-Pineapple Kugel, Evelyn's - pareve

Posted by : Deborah Bernstein, M.D.

Here is a wonderful sweet side dish for the new year. It can
be served hot or cold and can even be used for a dessert.
It's from my new cookbook "Secrets of Fat-Free Kosher
 Cooking." Enjoy! L'Shana Tova.
