Cauliflower Kugel #1 - pareve

 1 package frozen or whole cauliflower
 3 tbsp margarine
 3 tbsp flour
 1/2 cup Rich's pareve cream
 1/2 cup water
 3 eggs
 1/2 cup mayonnaise
 heaping tbsp onion soup mix
 salt, pepper
 breadcrumbs (optional)

Cook cauliflower and drain well. Melt margarine in a saucepan and add flour,
cream and water. Stir over medium heat for 10 minutes until flour is
dissolved. Pour sauce over cauliflower. Add eggs, mayonnaise and onion soup
mix.
Pour mixture into greased baking pan. May sprinkle breadcrumbs on top. Bake
for about 1 hour on 350/170.
