Gringo Chili Relenos Casserol - dairy

1 Lb./ 4 Cups Cheddar Cheese -- Grated
4 Cans(4 Oz) Green Chiles -- Chopped/Drained
1 Lb/4 Cups Monterey Jack Cheese -- Grated
3 Cups Half And Half
4 Eggs -- Beaten
1/4 Cup Cornmeal
1 Tsp Salt
1 Tsp Worcestershire Sauce
1 Cup Purchased Salsa -- Mild,Medium Or Hot
preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 13 by 9 inch baking pan. Sprinkle
grated cheddar cheese over bottom of pan, top evenly with green chiles
and then with monteray Jack.
In large bowl, beat together half and half, eggs, cornmeal, salt and
worcestershire sauce. Pour over cheese and chiles. Top evenly with
salsa. Bake for 40 minutes. Let cool slightly and cut into squares.
Makes about 25 1-inch squares.
