Latkes: Cornmeal - dairy

1 cup sifted flour
1 cup cornmeal
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
2 eggs
1 Tbsp Honey
2 Cups Yogurt

Mix dry ingredients together.  Beat eggs.  Add honey and yogurt, then add to
dry  ingredients.

Fry in greased skillet.  When the pancake is full of bubbles, flip and brown
the other side.  Grease the pan after each batch of latkes is made.  Serve
with apple sauce or sour cream.
