MIXED BERRIES WITH HONEYED-VINEGAR SAUCE

Serves 6 to 8

Fruit: 
4 cups fresh strawberries, hulled and quartered
2 cups fresh raspberries
2 cups fresh blueberries
1 cup blackberries (when available or 1 cup additional raspberries)

Sauce:
3 Tbs. balsamic vinegar
2 Tbs. fresh lime juice
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
3 Tbs. honey

Combine berries in a large bowl. In a separate bowl, whisk 
sauce ingredients together. Toss with berry mixture. Taste 
for sweetness.
