Fruit in Raspberry Sauce - pareve

 * 1 cup fresh raspberries
 * 2 Tbs. orange juice
 * 1 Tbs. lemon juice
 * 1/4 tsp. orange rind, grated
 * 1-1/2 cups strawberries, sliced
 * 1-1/2 cups green grapes
 * 1 Tbs. orange liqueur
 * 1 Tbs. sugar

Pure'e the raspberries in the blender, using a little water if necessary.
Strain to remove any seeds. Add the orange juice, lemon juice, and orange
rind to the purČe. Toss the strawberries and grapes with the orange liqueur
and sugar. Let marinate for 1 hour. To serve, place the strawberries and
grapes in 6 individual dessert dishes. Pour equal portions of raspberry
sauce on top.
