Yogurt-Mint Topping - dairy

1 cup plain yogurt 
1 tablespoon chopped fresh mint 
1 small clove garlic, finely minced 
Salt 
Freshly ground white pepper 
Cayenne pepper 

Mix yogurt with mint and garlic. Season to taste with salt, pepper and
cayenne. Serve at room temperature. 

Yield: 1 cup.

Archivist's Note: This is a typical combination of ingredients used in
the Balkan and Mediterranean regions.
