1 cup farmers cheese mashed
1 egg
1/4 cup chopped green onions
salt and pepper to taste
oil
breadcrumbs
Mix all together, except oil and breadcrumbs.
Place filling in a row, 2 " away from one extremity of
strudel leaf.
Brush leaf with oil and spread breadcrumbs.
Roll up dough. Brush with oil
Place on a cookie sheet and mark at 2" intervals.
Bake at 350 oven for 35 to 45 minutes ( about)
