1 cup low fat cottage cheese
2 whole eggs (or 1/2 cup egg substitute)
2 egg whites
3 Tbsp plain yogurt (low fat or nonfat)
1/2 cup all purpose flour
1 Tbsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
Combine the cottage cheese, eggs, egg whites, yogurt,
flour, sugar, and salt in a blender; blend until smooth
Pour the batter onto a hot, lightly greased griddle.
Cook, turning once, until golden brown.
