Kichelach, Egg - pareve

Yield - about 2 1/2 doz.

INGREDIENTS:

3 eggs
1/2 c oil
2 Tbsp sugar
1 c sifted flour
1/4 tsp. salt

METHOD:

Beat eggs until light and fluffy.  Then beat in remaining ingredients, until
very smooth .  Drop from a teaspoon onto a greased baking sheet about 3-inches
apart.  Sprinkle with sugar, if desired.  Bake at 325 F  for 15 to 20 minutes.
