Rib-Sticking Cholent - meat

1 piece top rib (about 4lb)
Barley Haricot beans
5 large potatos
2 sweet potatos
4 carrots
3 parsnips
3-4 marrow bones
Salt, pepper, paprika
onions (optional)
garlic (optional)
Put everything in a huge soup pot and cover with water 1 hour
before Shabbat cook in hot oven until water is bubbling. Then
turn oven down low and leave in overnight. When you wake up
on Shabbat morning your kitchen will smell like heaven!! Ask
all your friends for lunch and then have a good schluf!!!
