Honey-Walnut Chocolate-Chip Cake, Lita's - pareve

     3/4 Cup sifted flour
     1/2 teaspoon baking powder
     1/4 teaspoon salt
     1/2 cup  choc. chips
     1 egg + 1/2 cup egg whites
     1/2 cup honey
     1 Tbsp. vanilla
     1 cup chopped walnuts
     1/3 cup margarine

In a medium sized bowl, sift together all dry ingredients.   
Melt chocolate chips and  margarine, then let cool.  
Beat in egg + egg white.
Beat in honey and vanilla.
Stir in dry ingredients and nuts.

Spray an 8"x8" pan. 
Bake at 375 F for 30-40  minutes, making sure to test with 
a toothpick for doneness.
