Cranberry Apple Crisp - pareve

Serves 8-10

 1 cup flour
 3/4 cup oats (old fashioned)
 3/4 cup brown sugar (packed)
 1 cube margarine (unsalted) cut into pieces
 4 lbs. apples, peeled, sliced (Granny Smith type)
 2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
 1/2 cup sugar
 4 Tbs. flour
 1-1/2 tsp. cinnamon
 1 Tbs. lemon juice

 Combine flour, oats and sugar. Cut in margarine until mixture
 resembles coarse meal. Combine remaining ingredients and place
 in a greased 9-by-13-inch baking dish (glass). Crumble sugar
 -flour topping over fruit and bake about 1-1/4 hours or until
 apples are tender.
