Yemenite Fried Bread Pancake: Malawah serving tips

Posted by : EAdler

Miloach is very versatile and here in Israel with many toppings.
My personal favorite:

Breakfast: Egg+Cheese milaoach

After frying both sides - put miloach aside -
put in hot pan:

1-2 eggs (whole) topped with
slices of your favorite yellow or salty white cheese
and replace miloach on top.

Continue frying until cheese melted and egg cooked. (another 3-4 minutes)

Serve with z'chug, freshly pureed tomatoes and slices of cucumber.

For Dinner we often use an tortillia-style ground beef-onion-veg filling
and top with lettuce and tomatoes, or chilli sauce. (folded or flat).
