Brisket, Pseudo Barbecue - meat

Posted by : Leonard Gostin

This is a pseudo BBQ brisket. Put the brisket in a pan, pour a 10
oz bottle of ketchup (the cheapest you can find) over it, fill the
bottle with water, pour that over it, sprinkle the contents of a package
of onion soup mix over it, stir it all up. Cover and cook 1/2
hour/pound at 350 deg., then uncovered for about 1/2 hour. Works for
me.
