Posted by : Lita Lotzkar

       6 ounces fresh domestic goat
          cheese with herbs
6 ounces sun dried tomato puree
          (available in a gourmet dept.
          or you can process drained
          marinated sun dried tomatoes
       a food processor)
12 large grape leaves packed in
           brine

With a fork, mix together the goat cheese and sun dried tomatoes
until a paste is formed. Rinse the grape leaves thoroughly
cut in half by removing the center into the stem. Pat dry and
spread the goat cheese paste over the leaf halves and roll
them up like cigars. They will stand upright on their cut
end for serving. Makes 24 cigars which can be made a day in
advance, covered and refrigerated until ready to serve
